Is what you're taking
at the studied dose?

Most supplement labels list impressive ingredients in amounts far below what the research used. Type in what's on your bottle and see each one against the dose in the published trial.

It works on any brand. It works on ours — that's the point. We publish our doses next to the trial doses on every product page, so this tool holds us to the same standard it holds everyone else.

Where the numbers come from

Each range is the dose span used in the human trials behind that ingredient — the same ranges printed on our own product pages, pulled from the same source file. Where the evidence is a single trial, the range is that trial's dose.

The index covers 30 actives across cognition, sleep, and recovery. It is not a complete supplement database and it does not cover most vitamins and minerals.

What this tool does not do

It doesn't tell you whether a product works, and it doesn't rate brands. A dose below the studied range is sometimes a deliberate formulation choice. This shows you the arithmetic and the citation; the judgment is yours. It is not medical advice — talk to your clinician before changing anything you take, particularly if you take prescription medication.
